Massage therapy focuses on manipulations of the body's soft tissue; skin, muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments and joint capsules. Prana Massage offers Relaxation/Swedish Massage, Medial/ Rehabilitation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage. The therapist uses a variety of techniques that will benefit each client's unique needs. Massage Therapy improves the functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.
Craniosacral Therapy: 1 hr=$70
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and subtle whole body approach to healing. Inside your Central Nervous System (CNS) is a fluid pump and the practitioner is trained to listen to this pump to facilitate health. CST directly influences the CNS as well as the fluid that bathes it, the cerebral spinal fluid. This work is gentle yet profound, and is effective in facilitating physical and emotional healing.
Energy Healing: 1hr=$70
The term "energy" is often referred to as prana, ki, chi, light or life force. Energy work is a practice of using subtle touch to help the client self heal. Energy healing provides a non-invasive means of reducing and eliminating pain, manage stress, accelerating healing and maintaining wellness.
